Kimberly Fabend, a managing engineer in C&S’s planning group was presented the Harvey B. Boutwell Award for Distinguished Service by the Institute of Transportation Engineers at their Northeastern District Annual Meeting in Lake George, NY. The award is given annually to an individual who has contributed significantly to ITE and the profession. Kimberly has been a member of ITE since 2006. She served on the NY Upstate Section board from 2009 to 2013 and on the Northeastern District Board from 2014-2017.
The Institute of Transportation Engineers is an international educational and scientific association of 13,000 transportation professionals who are responsible for meeting mobility and safety needs.
