C&S continues to add technical construction depth as we welcome Josh Lee, assistant project manager and Todd Peca, project superintendent in our growing San Diego-based construction practice. Both are enthused to join the C&S team where we continue to be ranked #1 in Best Places to Work and our culture is focused on empowerment and trust in our teammates.

Josh Lee
Josh Lee joins the team with more than 15 years of general contracting and construction management experience working in mixed use, specialty, transportation, and commercial space type projects. In the last five years Josh has played a key leadership role in two large scale, new build mid-rise, mixed-use commercial development projects in San Diego. This most recent work includes tenant improvements, retail development, and ground up design-build construction. Josh also assisted with developing proforma analytics for the owner builder, and delivery of the project through close out.

Todd Peca
Todd Peca has decades of experience field supervising a variety of diverse projects. Some of these include Class “A” office space tenant improvements, new build of commercial office buildings, national hotel chain/hospitality, and specialized public works civic projects. Todd prides himself on collaboration with his sub-contracting partners and minimizing road blocks during construction. His background in constructability review offers an advantage when planning the phasing and sequencing of work. Todd also specializes in working in occupied spaces and multi-schedule phasing projects.
