C&S is proud to announce that Greg Topping, P.E., has joined the firm as our eastern region aviation manager. He is responsible for managing the staff in our New York-based aviation practice, which includes our Syracuse, Rochester, and Buffalo offices. He has more than 27 years of experience with engineering and project management, including leading airfield design, airport management, and bridge and highway assignments across the region. Greg will be based in our downtown Rochester office at 150 State Street.
In his previous roles as vice president and New York regional manager–aviation division at other aviation consulting firms, Greg oversaw projects at Greater Rochester International, Albany International, Westchester County, Buffalo Niagara International, Syracuse Hancock International, Griffiss International, and Lt. Warren Eaton airports. Some of his most significant capital development projects include:

Prior to joining the consulting industry, Greg was an officer with the 41st Engineers, 10th Mountain Division, at Fort Drum, NY. He is a graduate of Clarkson University and is a licensed professional engineer in New York.
