The C&S Companies is excited to announce that Jim Martin, P.E., RLS, has joined our team in our Scottsdale office. Jim brings more than 30 years of design and project management experience related to civil infrastructure project planning, design, and bid/construction phase services. He has considerable expertise in the development of municipal and private infrastructure, including roadway and highway planning/design, culverts, piped storm sewer systems, and drainage master planning. He most recently served as project director-public works and private business units at Atkins in Phoenix. Jim is a licensed professional civil engineer and registered land surveyor in Arizona and several other states.
