We are pleased to announce that Sergio Arellano, P.E., has joined our Sacramento practice as a project engineer. Sergio is a transportation design engineer with 10 years experience in the transportation sector, including airport and highway projects in California. Our Sacramento office is managed by Jessica Mullen, P.E., a department manager in our Aviation Group. Her group manages projects at airports across Northern California, including Half Moon Bay, San Carlos, Susanville, Georgetown, Placerville, Castle, and Humboldt County.
